CT Admission requirements Bachelor

The content type Admission Requirements Bachelor is a supporting content type of content type Programs. You link the CT Admission Requirements to the relevant program in the content type programmes, Admissions tab.

Tab: Content
  • Go to content > add content
  • Click on Admission Requirements Bachelor

You always start editing the Dutch language version. Does it concern a program for which recruitment is only in English? Then before you start entering, change the language version to English under 'Language'.

Field Description
The fields below are displayed on the Admissions and Application canvas page for a course. The information is displayed in a table on the page.
1. Admission Requirements Bachelor*.    

Enter Title: Admission Requirements Bachelor + [Name of Programme].

2. Summary Short explanation of the page, used in search results (short description)
3. Introduction Optional: introductory text for page.
4. Application deadlines  Enter start and end dates for the application periods that applies to each nationality and type of degree. The end date (deadline) is required. Per nationality/degree type you also add an explanation.
For example: Below you will find the [number of] entry opportunities for [program] and any specific requirements.

5. Manuals

Link the manuals that are applicable:

  • Bachelor's application procedure - Dutch previous education
  • Numerus Fixus application procedure - Dutch previous education
  • Bachelor's application procedure - international previous education
  • Numerus Fixus application procedure - international previous education

Subtab: Pre-university diploma

The fields below are displayed on the 'Admissions and Application' canvas page of a programme. The information is displayed under the 'drop-down' heading 'Pre-university' on the page.

Field Description
1. Admission requirements: Pre-university

[You can follow the programme with any chosen pre-university profile.]

2. Profiles Tick which profiles are permissible.
3. Explanation    
Any comments on profiles.
Subtab: Propaedeutics certificate

The fields below are displayed on the 'Admission and application' canvas page for a programme. The information is displayed under the 'drop-down' with heading 'Propaedeutics certificate' on the page.

1. Propaedeutics certificate The short version of admitted propaedeutics certificate
2. Clarification propaedeutics admission Explanation of admission requirements
For example: explanation with additional requirements and steps to be taken to meet them.
3. Admission tests propaedeutics

If applicable, include a link to (more information on) the admission test.

5. Attachments If necessary, add attachment (pdf).
Subtab: Colloquium doctum

The fields below are displayed on the 'Admission and application' canvas page for a programme. The information is displayed under the 'drop-down' headed 'Colloquium doctum' on the page.

Tick which subjects may be tested.

3. Clarification admission tests

Give an explanation if necessary.
For example: description of the general requirements for the Bachelors programme.

4. More information

Add more information if necessary.
For example: procedure/application form for Colloquium doctum.

5. Attachments If necessary, add attachment (pdf).
Subtab: International

The fields below are displayed on the 'Admission and application' canvas page for a programme. The information is displayed under the 'drop-down' headed 'International' on the page.

Field Description
1. International admission

Fill in standard text.
You can add the link to e-check (e-check.ru.nl) here. Add a primary or secondary button.

2. International admission requirements Brief explanation on admission requirements for internationals.
For example: explanation with additional requirements and steps to be taken to fulfill them.
3. Add admission test    

If applicable, include a link to (more information on) the admission test.

  • Title*
  • URL*
  • Explanatory notes*
  • Minimum score
4. More information

More information on the admission test.
Example: more explanation on the procedure.

5. Attachments If necessary, add attachment (pdf).
Requirements languages tests Preferably use the standard text with link to central page on language requirements
Other requirements

The fields below are displayed on the 'Admission and application' canvas page for a programme. The information is displayed under the 'drop-down' heading 'Other requirements' on the page.

For NF programmes, place information on the selection procedure here.

Field Description

Click the 'add other requirements' button to add additional requirements. Additional input fields open.

Type of requirement   

Select the type of requirement. A select list appears when you start typing in the box.

Explanation  Explain the requirements.

1. Study link

Tick yes/no. Based on this, a button with link to study link is/is not placed on the page.

2. Programme has a numerus fixus    

Tick yes/no. 

  • Specify number of available places.
  • Specify maximum number of participations (how many times you may participate in draw).
Tab: SEO

The SEO tab appears on every content type. The tab is partly filled in from other fields of the content type. Still, it is wise to see if you can improve the SEO information.

  • Click save.
  • The 'title' field' in the SEO tab is generated from the information entered on the 'content' tab. You need to fill in the 'summary' field yourself.
  • Read which improvements you can do in the input instruction for SEO (tab).
