A rubric page is not a content type, but based on a taxonomy. This means that not everyone is allowed to edit a rubric page. Only the managers for the target group Students and Employees are allowed to do this.
Rubric pages only appear in the rubric overviews on the Staff section and the Student section. They cannot be used elsewhere on the website. Rubric pages are generated automatically based on the rubrics we entered in the taxonomy. They become visible as soon as at least one service, manual or regulation is linked to the rubric and the target group 'employee' and/or 'student' is also checked.
By default, a rubric page only shows an introductory text plus an entry to any sub-rubrics and all services, manuals and regulations that are linked to that rubric. It is possible to enrich this page editorially.
Finding a rubric page in the taxonomy
Editing a rubric page in Drupal is done through the menu item 'Structure > Taxonomy'.

Look up the taxonomy ‘Topic’ in the list and click on the button 'list terms':

IMPORTANT: Never add items to this taxonomy yourself. Also, do not drag rubrics to another location. Please ask the taxonomy manager to do this if necessary.
Look up the rubric you want to edit in the list and click the button 'edit':

Translate
There should always be a translation available for a rubric (if not, report it to the taxonomy manager). Always edit the translation as well if you make changes to the Dutch version. The English and Dutch section pages must be identical in design.
You can edit a language version by clicking the 'edit' button; see further instructions under the 'Edit' section of this document.
